From Corvette Stingray to Corvette Stingray
The new 2014 Corvette Stingray offers incredible performance and great gas mileage for a big V8. The new car puts out 455 horsepower and can rocket from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds. It can do all of this while being able to get 29 mpg on the highway.
The Stingray name is one of the most coveted names for a Corvette model. The nameplate first appeared in the ’60s and now this newest incarnation of the American sports car has been deemed worthy to wear the name. This video takes you from the early Stingray cars and takes it all the way to the new Corvette. It also features some great footage of each model in between the early car and the newest car.
