The Driver’s View of Brett Sanberg Driving his Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Car at Motorsports Park

Most of us would love to race Porsches for a living, but only a few are talented enough to get that chance. The Porsche IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge provides a stage for promising drivers with a chance to possibly move up to a top level endurance racing series. The one make series is very competitive and because the cars are very close much of the difference become coming in first and last is up to driver’s skill (and often a bit of luck).

This video gives those of us without enough talent to actually race a 911 GT3 Cup car competitively a sense of what racing one is like. It contains footage of Brett Sanberg of TruSpeed Motorsports as he drives around the Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (formerly Mosport) in Round 7 of the series. The footage is from the opening lap where Brett chances down Angel Benetiz Jr and Madison Snow who fought for the lead most of the race.
