Keeping your car looking its best can be quite a job. This can be especially difficult if you have to park you pride and joy outside.
Long exposure to the elements is not good for an automobile. The sun can fade paint and crack leather or vinyl. Rain and snow can cause rust in places where the paint is chipped or has become worn.
The easy solution to keep your car, that is parked outside, looking good between washes and waxes is a car cover. Now before you run down to the local Walmart to buy just any cover, you should look into reviews and find more information about the sheet that will protect your car.

The folks over at CarCovers.com sent us a cover to put on our car. The cover is their Platinum Shield Cover and it provides great weather protection, while protecting your paint.
The cover has a reflective outer layer that is waterproof. Flip it over and you see a fleece lining that helps to protect your car’s paint when putting it on or taking it off.
With the cover we also received the anti-theft kit, some micro-fiber towels and a micro-fiber duster. The whole semi-custom cover works very well and the quality appears very good.
For our early Porsche Boxster the price is normally $379.89, but right now it can be had for $189.95. While not cheap, it appears to be a very good cover for the price.
Below is a video review of the car cover. It shows us trying out everything that you get with the cover and we test if it is in fact waterproof.
