2016 Subaru BRZ
The Subaru BRZ may not be the fastest car in a straight line, but it is one of the most fun vehicles to drive. The front mounted 2.0-liter boxer engine helps give the BRZ a low center of gravity. Add this to the the rear-wheel drive layout and you have a recipe for a good handling machine.
The Subaru is underpowered by today’s high standards. With just 200 horsepower you won’t be bragging to any Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat owners, but that doesn’t keep it from providing an awesome driving experience.
Subaru has announced the pricing for the 2016 BRZ. The 2016 model will start at $23,395. That is $300 less than the 2015 Subaru BRZ.
Available in Premium or Limited trim, BRZ models offer features such as a sports-tuned suspension with front strut brace and a limited-slip differential.
For 2016, the BRZ receives the SUBARU STARLINK 6.2” Multimedia System with a 6.2-in. single-touch gesture display, AM/FM stereo with HD Radio, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Radio Data Broadcast System, single-disc CD player, Bluetooth hands-free phone connectivity and audio streaming, iPod control, iTunes Tagging, a USB port and an auxiliary input jack. Smartphone integration features Aha and Pandora, along with STARLINK cloud applications iHeartRadio, Stitcher, Calendar, Music Player, News and Weather. New for 2016, the BRZ gets a standard rear vision camera.
