Lotus Evora 400
Automotive enthusiasts from around the globe have helped choose an exclusive color combination for Lotus Exclusive service. Through Facebook and Twitter polls folks where able to vote for the color scheme for an extremely limited Lotus Evora 400 Exclusive edition.
The choices where based on classic racing liveries. The winning combinations was the above pictured orange and blue scheme. The icolor combination first appeared in the 1960s on racing vehicles by the British sports car maker.
Jean-Marc Gales, CEO of Lotus said, “Any one of the designs in the poll would have been a worthy winner. So now that the poll has finished and with thousands of votes cast, we have decided that the winner will make it into production. We only plan to build 10 of these Evora 400 sports cars in total so with their rarity, I expect them to quickly become very desirable.”
It’s not just the outside that looks good, inside you get a color pallet that fits the exterior. It gets black leather upholstery with orange cross stitching which all works together to compliment the body color.
Mr. Gales also commented, “A Lotus is all about the purity of the driving experience and benchmark handling and owning a Lotus is a statement that you value design, innovation and the skills of our craftsmen and women who hand build all Lotus sports cars in Hethel.”
With only 10 examples set for production, the chances that you will see one of these in real life is very rare. Your chances of owning one are even slimmer, of course one can dream.
