Lotus Elise

Lotus Elise

Recently, Matt Farah announced that he would no longer be filming One Take videos. He is passing the torch along and because of this we have been binge watching some of his past videos.

We recently ran an article comparing the Porsche Boxster and Lotus Elise. Matt happens to have a few videos about each car and we love watching how effortless he makes reviewing the car seem.

In this video Matt drives a nearly stock 2005 Lotus Elise featuring the reliable Toyota sourced engine. The naturally aspirated 1.8-liter inline-four cylinder engine may not be too powerful by today’s standards, but the power-to-weight ratio is quite good. This Elise is a raw track oriented machine that makes for a great driving momentum car.

Check out the video and then scroll down to the comments and let us know what you think of the Lotus. For those of you that would rather see Matt driving a Porsche, we’ll share a video of that in an upcoming post.
