1982 ROW Porsche 911 SC
We recently, announced a new column on this publication called “Reader’s Rides”. In each article, we will be sharing a cool ride sent to us from one of our readers. The hope is that this will allowing our community to get closer together.
Today we have this 1982 Porsche 911 SC .
This 1982 911 SC is a rest of the world (ROW) car. As a result, it has 25 horsepower more than the US example from 1982. The Porsche was a barn find and has had all of its running gear rebuilt. For the restoration the body was stripped, disassembled and then repainted in Guards red. The interior is blue and Fuchs wheels finish off the wonderful exterior look. Not only is this car a ROW example, but it has no sunroof and no A/C. Those items help keep the weight down a bit more which only increases the fun. The tinted glass, rear wiper and h4 headlights help make it an easy to live with ride. With only 46,000 miles on the 911 SC, we think it’s quite a find.
If you have a ride that you would like for us to share, send us a picture and you just may appear on our on-line publication. To submit your ride simply email a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your ride. Our hope is to share a new ride each week (if we get enough submissions we will share one daily).
Now send us a picture of your pride and joy and then scroll down to the comments and let us know what you think of today’s ride.
