1988 Mazda RX-7
About a week ago, a friend of mine, from Church, let me drive his 1988 Mazda RX-7 Convertible. The white car is in very good condition overall and was a pure blast to drive on some back country roads.
The Japanese sports car was a yard sale find. I guess I should start going to yard sales.
The 1980’s classic was purchased for $5,000 from an 80 year old couple that was selling it during a yard sale. The asking price was $5,500, but the previous owner was willing to take a little less to someone that would realize how special the machine was.
In the below video, I talk about what it was like to drive the RX-7. I also compare it to the past three Porsches that I have owned and put it in perspective of the best handling cars that money can buy.
Check out the video and then head down to the comments and let us know if you would get a Mazda RX-7 or a Porsche 944.
