However, we hear that it is because of a love affair that he would have to avoid for another four to eight years if he won.

Mercedes-AMG celebrates 50 years this year. AMG started as an external tuner of the Mercedes-Benz marquee before Mercedes eventually purchased them and brought them in-house.

To celebrate half a century of the two being under the same umbrella they have unveiled the Mercedes-AMG GT C Coupe. In the AMG GT lineup the C will sit between the S and the R.
